I get bad hay fever about twice a year and have some of the same problems. I bought a Navage a few years back and it does wonders for sinus and ear congestion when my hay fever hits.

When I first started posting here, I felt bad for you. I didn’t understand why people were such an a-hole to you.

Then I realized. You literally ask for it. I just started a totally normal thread asking for advice and you decided to be a jackass thinking it would gain you some E-Points.

May sound random but, possible ear wax build up? I've had wax build up issues my whole life and this is what it feels like when wax moves into a position to block off the ear canal. Usually requires a DR visit for a good cleaning OR with something like this...LINK

saline rinse, you likely have fluid in your inner ear which would be the cause of dizziness or lightheadedness

The only reason I am giving you shite is because you have suddenly started giving me shite. I am not going to go into someone's thread and be a smartass unless they have said something to me in the past.

Again, I am not worried about "e-points" or being liked. You fricked with me, now I am fricking with you. If you can't handle it then don't start shite threads.

OweO definitely deserves his shite, but this was a shitty topic. Trust me, I am very good at starting them myself.

I usually have this problem on planes. I ball up a fist and hit myself in the ear as hard as I can. Usually does the trick.

Blowing gently will make it worse. The sinus congestion pinches your Eustachian tubes shut (connects inner ear to the back of your throat), and this traps air and fluid in the inner ear. Try using some nasal spray, but don't continue using more than a day or two. Also try an antihistamine.

I had the same shite a few weeks ago. A friends wife is a nurse and told me to get some basic saline nose spray from the pharmacy/grocery. Do a few puffs throughout the day whenever you need it.
I’ve been doing this since then and my ears have been clear af. I think the spray is less than $5 a bottle. It’s worth a try, there’s so much shite going around right now.

Well, first you go to the doc,

The ears might be the last thing to clear up. You won't be able to clear them cause the fluid is behind the drum. so, you will have to live with it till you are well, or dried up. Mine lasted 2 weeks after the other symthoms left.
