Spray a wall and stand by it for a few.

You will start to cough and your nose will run.

Local doc here told a mom to have her 17 yr old son to use Flonase(?). He had the exact scenario you describe.

on the real, use some mucinex, drink lots of water, it will turn all that globby shite in your sinus canals and Eustachian tubes to liquid and let it drain down your throat

It'll be annoying, but it will start letting the pressure out
