This right here... Went to El Paso on Vets. and they are charging $13.00 (at that time) for a large margarita daiquiri. That was a couple of years ago so it possibly costs more now...

I guess it makes more than standing in front of Home Depot or working the fields in Cali.

This.
People on here will make fun of and talk about the places like Superior Grill all day long, but 90% of the places in the state are trashy grease and cheese restaurants and they sell a lot of margaritas. Tons of profit. Fat people love them some shitty Mexican places.

Mexican food is extremely cheap and extremely popular.

Mexican restaurants are popular everywhere. If you’re on dating apps, a SUBSTANTIAL amount of women will talk about queso in their profiles.

Everything on their menu is from the same handful of ingredients prepared a different way. They're often family-operated with cheap labor and will live 20 deep in a small, cheap home in a bad area. It is not hard to make it when your expenses are extremely low.

I hate that places like this exist.

They pay $3 hour to illegals, and they all live in one house. Yes, I'm a racist but it's true. I will say they know how to live more economically than most of us.

I had to quit going to the washeteria. Had two Mexican ladies and their three year old children stuff three Landry baskets of clothes in a 18 inch diameter washer. The clothes had no room for the water to circulate.

Don’t know. Denham has one real Italian restaurant, but numerous Mexican ones

It is very simple
They know bitches love chips, salsa, and margaritas.
As long as bitches continue to love that stuff, Mexican restaurants will continue to exist

I think it probably helps that they have so few ingredients and therefore much less waste than other restaurants.
