By taking guns away from suburban dads, obviously. Especially the big scary black guns.

We should be restricted to muskets and other similar weaponry of that time, just as the founders intended:

Sorry, just wanted an excuse to post this since it hasn't come up today.

This is only a recent phenomenon. Why is no one discussing what changed to cause this?

Not when it comes to mass shooting events.

Border Patrol dude smoked the killer:

LINK

Obvious solution is armed officers (and teachers, if they so choose) in every school. Harden the target so potential shooters realize their chances of success are greatly diminished.

We drop tens of billions (arguably hundreds) for other countries so how about redirecting some of those funds to protect our kids. From shooters and from kidnappers, traffickers and groomers.

Defund the FBI and the rest of the deep state. Problem solved.

It just seems like the youth (whether its k-12 grade) are not allowed to be the way they are. I think a lot of it is changes in our society. Too much entitlement. A lot of these kids, if they don't get their way they are throwing fits..

I 100% agree with this but I don’t think this is causing mass shootings

The last two shootings... In Buffalo and yesterday in Texas, both shooters were 18 and recently purchased their gun.. Why not move the age to 21 in order to buy certain guns?

Get rid of zero tolerance for violence rules in schools. Someone is bullying you? Pop his arse in the teeth. He’ll stop bullying your weird little tranny arse and you won’t feel the need to act out with a weapon. And who knows, handling the issue like a man may make you decide that those recently discovered balls of yours aren’t so bad after all.

I disagree with you here.

I think that music and video games absolutely are having an impact. The size of that impact is debatable, but constant exposure to thug culture and violent video games contributs to the blurring of right and wrong. These aren't primary factors but they are contributing factors.

Most of these kids who perpetrate these mass shootings tend to get killed in the commission. Those that don't are usually due to a mistake on their part. Maybe it is as simple as these young males want to die and take as many with them as they can.

This is actually what they believe

Meanwhile, the suburban dads are likely the biggest difference between a kid going off the rails and not. But they're toxic, stupid, etc.

This is already a thing

Making the privileges of adulthood 21 or 25 or 30 while not doing anything to address the root problem - which is that 18, 21, 25 year olds fail to launch and grow up to become productive and responsible - is a band aid on a far bigger issue

Do we know that? Do we know that the gun the Uvalde shooter used was recently purchased by him?
