Probably, but I think this board is judging the husband too harshly. They are in an open marriage. That means he gets to screw other women. Maybe she looked a lot better when she was younger and he has since tricked her into the whole open marriage thing. This way he gets the license without splitting the wealth as he would in a divorce.
