They killed it while serving the warrant.

This is muscle memory dude. Have you ever fired a gun in your life? It's point and shoot at the bodies in front of you. As for accuracy, no one died so there's that.

of course i have. i'm an OT poster. I have a massive gun collection and can strike a match on a stump with a pistol from 100 yards. can't you?

I guess I just assume that in that situation i would be under quite a bit of stress/anxiety and am no where near as confident or the John Wick-esque badass you and this dead man are.

this argument is futile. you've made your mind up clearly.

Yikes.

So what. They found illegal drugs. Because the dealer was out of stock that day the police are somehow wrong?

Do you have large quantities of pot and white powder on your premises right now?

Clearly these are drug dealers, clearly they opened fire, why were the guns at the ready?

Because they are not drug dealers?

No but it is beginning to look like the cops may have killed two innocent people.

Most important thing is at minimum we took some weed off the streets regardless of how it went down.

I still haven't gotten a definitive answer on this. None of the news articles say for certain either way.

Yea, combine that with the neighbors comments and it sounds like the fella might have just freaked out having his door kicked in and started shooting.

Not finding any drugs except some weed and potentially a little coke is fricked up. Heroin dealers aren’t gonna be able to hide all their stash that quickly in a no knock raid. That’s kinda the point.

Story does not check out.

how many dogs did you shoot?

I know that's tongue in cheek. But that's kind of the point. We were kids selling tiny amounts of pot. No guns anywhere on the premises. No history of violent tendencies. No logical reasoning for a military raid other than the fear of destroying evidence. Its excessive, and used as standard policy, can get cops killed

What makes you believe they weren’t innocent?

Because they had some weed?

What? Loud noise, dog shot, you pull a gun and shoot what you see. Doesn't take an action hero, it's survival.

Obviously things change if they're shouting "POLICE" repeatedly, but this scenario is the risk of no knock warrants. This isn't the first time.

If it's on the search warrant, it's basically a conviction.

None of us on here can answer that question.

quote:

Do you have large quantities of pot and white powder on your premises right now?

did they mention how much marijuana that was on premise? And white powder could be goodie's powder for all we know.

quote:

Clearly these are drug dealers,

that's not clear to me.

I see no definitive evidence of this.
