Why didn’t you stay in TX if you hate it here so much?

I’m in Texas right now and cannot wait to get back to La.

Houma has confusing roads, chain restaurants, and wonderful people.

Diamondhead is awesome! Crime is almost negative, everything is kept super clean and neat. It’s def a place that I’d consider moving to.

[Your Comment: frick the Tarpons]

Another young keyboard warrior who has over 10 thousand posts that enjoys the thrill of hurling insults towards other schools or communities. I really feel sorry for you.
Why do you hate the Tarpons?

The only time I've ever felt threatened for my safety at any sporting event was at a South Lafourche football game. Was sitting in the visitors side of the stadium as an 11th grade student from Central. There were 40+ year old down the bayou baws missing half of their teeth trying to start shite with me and my 16 and 17 year old friends.

But on topic of this thread, Houma was the place where we would all go to hang out in high school. Growing up in central lafourche there wasn't really shite to do so we would always go and just dick around at the mall or something.

What worse is these dumbasses get on the internet and bitch about places that are actually really nice to live in, unlike Louisiana for most of the year, and vital to the country and the whole world in many ways that Louisiana never will be. Places most of them have never been and never will venture to. Textbook inferiority complex by a bunch of maggots on a pile of shite.

Moved out of houma last year and honestly don’t miss anything besides family members. Traffic sucks, terrible public schools and not enough open spaces outside of the marsh. Now the fishing was second to none but the city itself leaves much to be desired. Never thought I would feel that way but this last year In Mississippi has changed my mind.
