100% guarantee that I’ve been to more cities, states, and countries than you. I think Houma is a fine town and Louisiana is a great place to live. You’re a pompous a-hole. Debate me.

never really liked Houma... BUt there are a TON of cities in LA way worse...…………...
can always ID your post before looking at screen name because of the ......... cheers brother....

I’ve always liked visiting Houma, it’s like a lot of the small towns in LA except better. It’s probably an OT 8 for small towns because of proximity to reds and specs and +1 for Cristiano’s. Other great local food eateries. Nice little downtown area.

From a Larose but live in Houma. It would be hard to move back to a small town like Larose for sure. But I would move in a heartbeat if my wife would but she’s from here and not going anywhere.

I find Houma Charming.

I don’t have many good or bad things to say about Houma. It is what it is

But one thing it sure the hell isnt is Charming. There is nothing Charming about Houma. I think you’re confused.

Well I thought you were charming at one time and yes, I was obviously confused about that.

Never been to Houma.

All of these Louisiana threads make me realize how little I've explored my home state. I went to Donaldsonville for the first time this year and I grew up in the BR area

There’s not much to visit outside of New Orleans and maybe Lafayette, even if you’re a local

BR, Lafayette, Nola metros are mostly all I know. If we were going somewhere else it was usually out of state or fishing in the gulf.

Bruh, there is so much to to see outside of the cities in Louisiana.

Really and truly the backroads, small towns, Bayous, places you can only get to by boat, Grand Isle, the fishing towns and marinas, the land locked lakes, Toledo Bend, etc, are severely underrated. Louisiana has a lot to offer if you can just scratch Bourbon St and the Superdome off your to do list

Well I can’t really argue with that unless we’re taking about deer hunting.

Didn't realize we had that many Houma people on this board. Born and raised in Houma, was in Baton Rouge last 5 years, but now live in Waco, TX. For all it's good and bads Houma will always be home, most my family still lives there and likely will stay there. I may never go back due to the lack of job opportunities. But I'll be damned if I don't miss it.
