I’d have an 8-10 foot privacy fence back there regardless of the homeless. Especially if condos are coming.

At the time of purchase we did not know of any of this going on. It took me 2-3 months to find out after we moved in.

The big issue is that once they knocked all the trees down to build townhomes the homeless moved to the side of our house and it has got out of control. And I can now hear conversations and fighting, music. Etc.

Rough lesson to learn when buying a house. You got to scope the area around it out.

Absolutely awful.

Where is rain season when you need it? Like one of those two week stretches of everyday rain.

I am hoping you figure it out soon and you can enjoy your homestead.

Getting the land owner to file a complaint is your best bet and if they dont do anything then file a complaint against the landowner

Or you could start a bee keeping hobby.

I don’t know if that’s fair. If you’re in an urban environment, these homeless dregs can set up shop damn near anywhere. Need to Make life as miserable for these fricking pests as possible. Treat them the same as we do rats, roaches, termites or anything else that destroys a homes value. Exterminate them.

Sneak over at night with a silenced pistol and kill them. Dump them in Nola. Nobody will know, and nobody will care.

I did have one idea.

Could you call the State Police and tell them there are some vehicles with Expired Brake Tags being operated back there?

Pay them to move to closer to

SIEGEN RETAIL, L.L.C.( or RANGE AVENUE PROPERTIES, L.L.C)
19431 N. Muirfield Circle, Baton Rouge, LOUISIANA 70810

Or maybe to
2647 Riverview Blvd,
Gonzales
Louisiana, 70737-5021

& might be able to get medical check up from their “landlord”.

Or if Margaret Dumas Mental Health Center is still around tell them they might be able to see if co-landlord(spouse) also around to help with their psychiatric needs. If still practicing homeless encampments seem like they would be in need of an on call psychiatrist, so maybe she is already meeting their needs.

Yeah but then you have to drag their carcasses to NOLA. That’s a pain. Incriminating too if you don’t do it right.

That’s some serious bullshite.
We need to stop feeling sorry for the homeless and ship them off.
Watch Soft White Underbelly for 15 minutes and you’ll realize homeless people did this to themselves.

I’ve also talked to some normal neighbors and they said one has already called the police 2 weeks ago.

I’m going to keep annoying cops and landowners. Media will be next.

The guy building townhomes may not have supported oversight before, but if he wants to sell them or lease them properly once finished he will more than likely support adding some soon and helping to remove the blight next door.
