Is the property owner going to have that mess cleaned up?

I wonder where they’re going to move to next.

They have a generator running constantly.

We have more good news from Laurie and our HOA board member.

The other tent should be removed soon. There was a one person we saw walking and it seems he is sorting items to move. The owners are supposed to get the land cleaned up after they are all gone and the last tent is removed.
Also, since the weeds are taller than 12 inches, we could record it as a “blight issue” so that is in the works too.

I also wonder where they are moving to. I hope far enough away that they never come back.

There was a large group of them right behind the Circle K on Siegen. They moved them and then that volunteer group of clean up people cleaned up their big mess.

I bet they moved from there to behind your house. The timeline fits.

Maybe volunteers will clean up your woods. Be careful, they reportedly found 100s of needles.

Woke up this morning to this. The biggest tent from the middle is gone. Only major change. Now that it is gone it shows more filth we couldn’t see before. What a way to live. Tent to left is still there.

You want that microwave bro?

Yeah, I'm sure the owner that didnt even know her property was overrun with bums will get right on this.

I'd be talking to the neighbors about collecting funds to hire the pros to come in and clear that shite out yourself. Consider it the best investment you'll ever make.

Again, it’s all being handled. So far so good.

I’m good on microwaves at the moment. Haha

Yes, certainly aware of needles being likely.

hmmmmm....stolen microwave and generator, Karens who give them a few bucks at the stoplight provides gas for the generator and drugs (supplemented with pawned stolen goods), needles, methadone, and narcan provided by the government, and churches providing the tents, blankets, and food. Legitimate question- how do you combat this?

I know one thing, They'd never live on my land. How I'd go about it would be illegal but I promise you that there would be no bums taking over my property.

They're gonna clear the land and then build lovely future ghetto housing. I hope I'm wrong.

When I was still policing, I kept a few bottles of cheap Log Cabin syrup in my trunk. Whenever I'd find one of these camps, I'd pop a top and cover all of their shite in syrup. It wouldn't take long before everything they had was covered in syrup, ants, dirt, you name it.

Honey worked well also, but I think the syrup was cheaper and really drew out the ants.

It would sometimes take a few applications but they would eventually get the gist and move on.

I don't understand why they are sending a HOT team instead of deputies to arrest them? Trespassing, littering, theft, drug possession.....

I’m order to be trespassed, the owner of the property or a representative of the property must tell you to leave. Then you leave. If you do not leave, then you are criminally trespassed.

As I stated the day this thread began, you must put pressure on the property owner. There’s no other way.

frick all that. Hit them with LRS 14:107. Vagrancy.

(7) Persons who loaf the streets habitually or who frequent the streets habitually at late or unusual hours of the night, or who loiter around any public place of assembly, without lawful business or reason to be present; or

(8) Persons found in or near any structure, movable, vessel, or private grounds, without being able to account for their lawful presence therein; or

Drunks, beggars, loafers and people being near my shite without reason.

And Log Cabin syrup. Serve it up.

Get a pellet gun and start popping them. Do it at night and from the other side. Do it three or four nights per week. They will eventually move. Be prepared to defend yourself though.

The Log Cabin syrup tactic is genius.
OP could fill balloons with syrup, get up about 4am and sling them over the fence.
