The Village of Choudrant might seem small but the quality of time spent in our Village is unmatched. Enjoy your time outdoors walking around our Village Park. While in the park, be sure to stop by the Choudrant Veteran's Flag Pole to see the names engraved on the brick pavement. Each name represents and honors a local Veteran.

Our Village has something to offer everyone, we welcome all who pass through and all who decide to stop and stay!

Seems like the concensus is that it's over priced by $150-175K at least.

You’d have to be a moron to drop 525k on a house that’s in the middle of nowhere, let alone Louisiana

I remember Ben McDonald try to pronounce Choudrant when Jake Slaughter (his hometown) played baseball at LSU. He butchered it.

“Shew-drunt” is how it’s pronounced.

It’s 3 miles from Ruston right along I-20. It’s not a bad location at all.

Eventually, you reach the point where you'll pay extra to be in the middle of nowhere

Gotta be a nightmare trying to get comps on a 2BR at that price point in that area.

Poor realtors. Might actually have to do some work.

I always thought Choudrant sounded more like a town between Lockport and Golden Meadow. Not a place in north Louisiana.

It’s in Choudrant.

Pretty property, but there’s no way to get to it without passing meth labs. Unless you own a helicopter.
