He only needs 1 buyer. And to the perfect buyer, it may be close to a fair price.

Biggest drawback I see is the 2 bedrooms, but with bunkbeds that may even be workable for a nice camp.

Certainly an interesting place.

Outside of New Orleans, there isn’t a single damn home in LA that’s worth 525k. And even New Orleans is still a crime ridden shithole with a completely inept police department

I was project manager recently over two houses that sold for $1.2m and another that sold for $750k. All three were in Lafayette. My best friend built a house in Lake Charles for a doctor that cost over $2m. So you once again don’t know what you’re talking about.

Would be a decent place to have, I like the pond, I like that the pool and hot tub isn't too big. I am not a big fan of the all wood everything, but I don't dislike it enough to turn it down if someone gave it too me, but if I would buy it I would have to consider how much I would spend so the inside doesn't look like the inside of a tree.

There are plenty of houses in Miami that are nowhere near $1.9 million and still have more amenities. I just don’t understand why someone who is a multi-millionaire would want to retire in Louisiana. Just my opinion.

Are those chicken farms?

This area is littered with chicken farms outside of town so yes that’s probably
what they are. A lot are no longer in use though. They have actually started tearing some down on the other side of the interstate from this location and are trying to sell the land for subdivisions.

AC would run constantly with that high ceiling. Pool would always be full of pine straw with the big pine next to pool. Those 2 things alone would be enough to frustrate me not to buy it.

And its not practical. Don't think there's a ton of buyers that want 2700 SF with only 2 bedrooms.

Meh. If kids are grown it's perfect
