A lot of people may be in for a shock when they realize their highly customized and cheap-ish looking barndominum aren't going to be worth what they think they are.

Specialty buy in Lincoln parish for sure, 2br will narrow the buyers substantially.
Pool area is also lacking amenities.

Like the side by side shower.

Have seen a lot less interesting places going for more in rural WI.


*A lot of FIBs from Chicagoland buy second homes up here.

There's a lot of ugly here.
And it is overpriced.
The stocked pond and acreage must be the best part, and we cannot see that...

Overpriced by at least 100k. I doubt I could move it in my MLS at 525 unless it was on the lake.
