Sheesh - $483.15 for us this month.

Electrical fuel adjustment (per kWh) is up about 35% over previous month. The electrical fuel adjustment was $0.046/kWh on this bill.

Gas fuel adjustment (per CCF) is up 27% over previous month.

That hurts. We've already adjusted our thermostats to start running A/C less. My wife works from home a few days a week - going to have to keep the A/C from running in the middle of the day as much as we can.

My idiot 15 year old left the oven on 350 all day after cooking a frozen pizza for breakfast.

Reminds me of Peyton Manning talking about his "liquored up, idiot kicker."

The bill may break 4 digits.

I keep track of my electric bill month over month. Renegotiated my rate in May last year and am averaging all in $.0925/kwh. Max bill over the last year was $285.96.

I'm in Texas in a 2100 sq ft house. I paid a high of $471 before I shopped my service and got a lower rate. I'm wondering when my rate expires and if they're going to apply an Oncor delivery surcharge at some point.
