Maybe the fast paced world of chalk art is too much for you.

The HOA naturally attracts the worst people in the world, similar to politicians and law enforcement.

Just how bad do you have to be as an attorney to live in a dumpy townhouse community like that?

HOA busybodies are the same ones who are calling the cops about people violating social distancing ordinances.

bet shite like this from the HOA lowers property values more by keeping sane people out of the neighborhood as it is.

100% correct. I will never live in an hoa. Then again, I will never live in a neighborhood either. Not my cup of tea. I'm on 6 acres now with neighbors who have similar sized property and I want more. Only talk with my neighbors on occasion and we're all here to help each other if needed. Can't imagine a shite hole neighborhood hoa like this one. Would probably have my kid draw all kinds of shite on the president's sidewalk after this. Sidewalks are public property are they not?

Chalk enforcement? WTF!!

Like i would have never thought of those two words together.

What a bunch of fawking power hungry, control freak, anal retentive morons decide that a minor and harmless childs plaything needs to have "enforcement" .

Id be embarrassed to say that i was a chalk enforcer.

Nope never ever heard of that but we sure do hear all the time about people who refuse to buy a house because it has an HOA.

How many lawsuits do you think chalk causes? Im gonna say probly none. Now how many lawsuits happen because of HOAs?

Chalk is obviously more popular and useful than an HOA. Chalk is probly smarter and has many uses, unlike an HOA. Chalk is obviously superior to HOAs.

So im gonna propose that HOAs are jealous of the love chalk gets and thats why it triggers them.

bullshite! I guarantee you every single HOA in America has a horror story past or present. I get it, we’re stuck with ours as well, but like the saying goes life is full of good intentions. Our’s seems to be cyclical with the same retards and same basic tenets regurgitated every 2-3 years. We have the same no sidewalk/driveway chalk or paint displays, but depending upon the size of your backyard & specific fencing you can have a chicken coop, so the Karen’s of the world can have their non GMO, non-factory raised eggs. Thankfully, none of our immediate neighbors are Karen’s but chickens do really rise with the sun. So if you happen to take a stroll through our neighborhood & see a bunch of dads with huge sheep nuts, don’t be alarmed it’s just our shorts/pants pockets weighted down w/ chicken feed laced w/ lead bird shot...true story.

I feel bad for the little girl. As far as her parents and everyone else. You reap what you sow. You signed up to live under communist rule when you purchased your home in a place like this.

We’ve been looking at houses and if they have an HOA one of the first things we do is Google to see if there’s any dumb shite like this tied to it or ask around. Their (HOA) petty response is absolutely a deterrent.
