I live in a pretty big neighborhood where most houses are 300+ and some are over 1mm. We don’t have any of that

ETA: and I’m not so uptight about a boat in the driveway when we are surrounded by water. If I lived in Midland it might be a different story

I can't stand the neighborhood watch page where I live, most of the things people complain and argue about are so petty it actually angers me some times...yet I find myself uncontrollably drawn to checking the page when I'm bored

One old lady made a post complaining about Latins digging through her trash after she put it out and she wasn't happy about it.
She of course meant to type latinos, but she got her arse handed to her.
hope she never goes to academy or her family might get almost human traffic’d

I'm not very picky but a few things that piss me off is boats in the road, rv's in the road and people who drive 18 wheelers parking their rig in the neighborhood every night.

Where the frick do you people live? I’ve never seen an RV parked in the street for any length of time outside of Christmas Vacation

My HOA Facebook page and the Nextdoor app is something i truly enjoy watching.

The crying and whining over stuff is hilarious.

Have fun and egg that crap on

That's pretty much my neighborhood, and none of that stuff is an ongoing problem. Every now and then someone will have a party where a lot of cars are parked on the street, and people with bitch, but it's not a regular thing. Honestly, I think it looks better when cars are parked on the street as opposed to 4 or 5 in the driveway, but that's just me.

Dumb as frick. “We can’t have our neighborhood looking like that for 5-6 hours”

ETA: where I draw the line is parking/driving in my grass. 2 tires on the curb motherfricker

We got a dude in our neighborhood that fires off a cannon every once in a while.. It gets everybody riled up..

But yeah, those people bitch about the dumbest shite.. I always love it around 4th of July and NYE.. All the people complaining about fireworks, their "fur babies" and kids in the streets.. I've seen some guys talk about driving to each others houses to fight one another.. Its pretty entertaining.

A few years ago a teenager in the neighborhood died, so for a few days there were constantly people at their house paying their respects and whatnot. Someone actually bitched about it on NextDoor. She was rightfully shamed for it.

It did make it difficult to get down that street, but the lack of decorum from that lady blew my mind.

Not sure if it's a cannon, but some folks near us shoot off some big stuff when the Saint's score in big games. A few of the dummies tried to complain and were ridiculed for it.

Yep. NYE is the best time on the FB group.

don't forget about the fragile veterans

some kids almost "killed" a guy in my neighborhood one time because he was complaining about fireworks bringing back flashbacks to the war or whatnot, so some kids snuck onto his backporch the next night and set off a bunch of fireworks

he claims he had a mental breakdown and was in the hospital for a week...

I don't call my dog a "fur baby" but she HATES fireworks and it makes those holidays pretty miserable to see her freaking out, so I understand it somewhat. Some dogs also freak out and will run away to try and get away from the sounds.

I've only seen it a couple of times and it was actually around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
It's fresh in my head because the route I take on my daily run is through a very nice neighborhood and there's been an RV parked there all week and though it was odd.

I don't pop fireworks but we had some tramp complaining about people popping fireworks at 10 PM on New Years Eve because it was keeping her child up. I'm not sure why people think the world revolves around them or their children.

Oh and how can I forget about the lost pets. How the hell can so many people always be missing their cats and dogs?
That’s at least half the post.

Bring your dog inside 2 nights a year?

Unfortunately it is normal these days. Best thing you could possibly do is get off your neighborhood Next Door or Facebook. It makes you have an unhealthy hatred for your neighbors.
