“Hick hop” or “Redneck Rap” is a cancer on our society and it needs to be wiped out.

Where do I even start with this stuff?
Yes it is a real thing.

Firstly, it sounds HORRIBLE. Who the hell actually listens to this shite? Who wants to hear a banjo mixed with a hip hop style bass?

Secondly, most of these clowns appear to be those dumbass red necks that constantly complain about black people, yet they are stealing black culture and behaviors in their music videos.

Example: Jawga Sparxxx Never High Enough.

Someone shared that video on my Facebook feed with the caption “this is rap done right.” I threw up in my mouth when I saw it.

I don't mind it. Obviously there have been some really popular hick hop songs (I guess Old Town road is Hick Hop).

If you don't like it you don't have to listen to it,

Hick hop is performed by white red necks, idiot. That’s why it’s called “hick hop.”

Old town road is a rap song.

ever since country songs stopped having one or more of the following things in them (jail, pickup truck, cheating, swimming hole, fishing, horses, or hayrides) they have sucked and they are not really country music any more but are some hip pop abortion they try to claim as country music

Bubba sparx has a few good songs. Same for jawga boys, lenny cooper, and colt Ford.

I could theoretically see a decent country hip hop mash up style as a genre

That particular song is terrible though
