The first front is always 14 days away on the 15 day forecast.

75°F at 5:00am this morning when I went out to run.

Quite a contrast from the 77°F it is at 5:00am in August.

The Front Day hot chocolate will be all the more satisfying in late November.

Yeah, saw this morning that it’s pushed back another week.

I’m just trying to get some rain. Haven’t had any in over a month.

I planted a row of frost proof gardenias this spring. Even with occasionally watering them, they’ve been struggling the last month. I’m tired of living in south Louisiana and somehow consistently not getting enough fricking rain

These forecasters f’d the LSU game. No one wanted to go based on the downpours we were suppose to get all day yesterday. It never f’n rained. Worthless fricks.

Most humid long run I’ve had yesterday morning. Sweating is good for you tho. Love it!

I came to bitch about the forecast miss too. Not a drip of rain after being told we were getting a gulley washer.

BRSC cancelled games, and I know a lot of people changed plans due to the bad forecast.

Have an upvote. I received flood warnings in Lake Charles the last couple of days. The amount of rain that fell barely got the driveway wet. And we all know the news is 100x worse.

The weather forecasts have been off for the last two months. I realize it’s nature and it’s impossible to get exactly right. But they’ve been dead arse wrong by a lot lately.

And it’s been all of them. I guess they’re all getting the same info from the NWS. But there is a problem somewhere, cause none of them can accurately forecast two days out. Let alone a long range forecast. The OT weather crew here has done a better job than the ones on electronic media.

Months?

No rds? No worries.

And they sure did whiff on the rain forecast. LSU pre-emptively closed some lots because of it.

Hell they moved high school games to Thursday night and cancelled some festivals because of the forecast.
Hard to understand how they missed it this bad on multiple days.

I was one of the lucky ones since I received almost 1/2 an inch of rain in welsh. Still, those meteorologists shouldn’t be able to walk on the sidewalk with their continually wrong forecasting. I guess they don’t have a hurricane to hype up this year so this is the result.

20% chance of a system forming is what I saw, don’t know if that has changed since last night. Trying to scare people more than likely, they haven’t had anything this year and are probably praying for something.

I can’t fricking stand meteorologists. I could never keep my job if I was objectively wrong 80% of the time.
