Id agree, and the bullishness has been for good reason. The hurricane models have been aggressive. And there's still a chance Helene gets into that 140 mph range, but the weird ewrc of a not formed eyewall last night into this morning cut the higher end probs off.

NHC tweeted advisory 13A saying near a major. Sounds like they won’t have it as a CAT3 on the 2pm est Advisory

Just updated flash flooding risk. Large area of High - yeah its going to flood in many places - for most of GA eastern NC, SC, and AL.

No CAT3 yet, 1mph away. Wish they didn’t let 3 hours go by before calling this a major. Gonna fool a lot of people that don’t see a major until 5 hours before landfall
