Then that's not cheap, at all. Chicken thighs can be had for $2/lb or less.
I've bought legs for. 99/lb numerous times.
I don't care.

That's fine, keep buying them if you want to. Just pointing out that's not cheap comparative to similar items.

I heard pizza was a vegetable. Not sure if this is correct though.
Cauliflower pizza is indeed pretty good

Do Whole 30. You'll learn a lot about how to make foods you like healthy. If you're a big fan of sweets it will help cut your cravings. Hardest part is the food prep.

Lots of veggies and lean proteins. Cut back on beer and refined sugars during the week. Salad with chicken breasts for lunch, lots of water to drink during the day.

Learn to use these and you can whip up actually good tasting veggies:

Just stay on the outside aisles of the grocery store as much as you can, the middle aisles are where all of the crap is.

Weekday:
Breakfast:
Coffee
1 cup of steel cut oats
1 toast wheat bread with a home made honey/dark chocolate/ cinnamon spread
Lunch:
Avocado, lettuce, tomato sandwich on wheat bread w/ pretzels.
Dinner:
Varies, I make a big batch of something on Monday and eat on it for 3 days. This week I made kimchi fried rice with roasted brussels and shrimps. Last week I grilled salmon and made tacos the second night and a burger the third night.
On the weekends, breakfast is similar but if I feel like it I will eat something bad. Same with lunch.
Dinner is whatever I want, cheese enchiladas, pizza or other unhealthy stuff.
I also don't drink Sunday-Wednesday, have 2 drinks Thursday evening and whatever amount on friday and saturday.

Sounds like you don't eat near enough protein unless you weight about 90 lbs

Most people eat too much protein. I am thin but I cycle 120 miles/ week and swim 6 miles/ week. Even before I started eating better and ate burgers and steaks I was thin.

Keep it simple and shop on the outside of the grocery store.

It's boring, but grilled proteins and grilled/roasted vegetables. Include fats for flavor (cheeses, oils, butter).

Pintail is swole. Y’all better listen to him.

Sounds fricking miserable... what's the point if you cut out every single thing?
