You could make the argument in single or two deck where the table is counting cards. But even then it’s still iffy.

It doesn't really bother me. It might not be popular moves, but its within the rules and they are playing with their money so they can do whatever they want as long as its within the rules.

That's not their card and "their" card has just as good of odds as hurting them as it does helping them.
