They are not going to want to fix things up, they will just want to get it sold. ...

re: When is it time to change realtors?
Posted by LSU1018 on 5/5/24 at 7:04 pm
If it’s only had 5 or 6 showings since it’s been on the market, it’s likely priced too high. If she didn’t talk you into listing at a lower price when you listed, then you may need a new realtor. If she told you and you didn’t listen, then it’s your own fault.
Your issue now is after being li...

re: If Brock Bowers or Rome Odunze are still on the board at 14, do you take one of them?

I would love to see the saints trade down and take a tackle later in the first. They should get some good offers with Bowers still on the board. ...
re: I’m annoyed by the lack of coverage of LIV golfers at the Masters
Posted by LSU1018 on 4/14/24 at 7:10 am
The good thing about the masters is the app that you can cast to your tv. You can watch like 8 holes so if you want to watch a particular person, just follow them on there.
Cam Smith got a good bit of coverage yesterday. They are not showing many outside of top 20 other than Tiger. ...

Billy Blanks seems to have the most knowledge of the suit even if y’all don’t like how he’s presenting it. Buyers agent will still get paid after July. And if I had a choice on whether to pay a buyers agent 2.5 % or a listing agent 2.5%, I would do the buyers agent all day. They do way more work...

You get what you pay for. You do a succession one time, pay the money and get it done right. As someone else stated, filing fees are a big part of the cost. Get an attorney that actually does this for a living.
I’m not an attorney and don’t do this but I see a lot of these done wrong then pe...
