The problem in that price point are a few things. You are competing with new construction. If someone can afford that house, they normally can afford a little more than that as well.

Your house is very nice but it doesn’t have a certain thing that sets it apart. Most people in that price point want either a pool, game room, or really nice outdoor kitchen.

Highland road is a really nice area but it also has its drawbacks. Someone with young kids typically doesn’t want to be on a main street like that.

As far as your original question, I work in the industry and we are busier this year than last. Still way off from Covid numbers but we will never get back there. Every Nov-Feb is slower but if you went through the busier time and still didn’t sell it, it normally means you are priced too high.

This has always been Lane. Why would he change now? It’s a big way he connects with the new generation. He constantly trolls people on X also.
If Kiffin was staying, it would be dumb to not just announce that already so that his team isn’t distracted with the playoff run. I feel very confident he’s leaving, likely for here but if not for somewhere else.
He is trolling us. If you have followed Lane at all the last couple years, all he does is troll.
I think he really has an inside source. Unfortunately, I think his inside source uses him to feed misinformation to the public. I’m not sure if he’s getting played or his source.
Well it was a late round pick. No other qb drafted that late would see the field this early either.
I think he would have had a shot to get playing time next year if it wasn’t for the wreck. That set him back pretty far so I doubt he ever sees the field at lsu now.
I think Nuss started out on the wrong foot with LSU fans when he sat out the bowl game his first year to preserve his redshirt and made lsu start a WR at QB. Most good qbs don’t play 5 years so the redshirt typically wouldn’t matter.

Nuss is frustrating to a lot of fans bc they see how much talent he has but then he makes some of the most bonehead decisions randomly. Also, getting up limping after every sack in his career doesn’t win the fans over.
Every coach seems to find a new woman here so none of that matters

Would you be willing to sell Saturday only?
If you were booking one nice dinner with a good view of New York, any suggestions ?

Looking to plan a short adult trip to NY

Looking to go in October for 3 nights. We have been once before with kids. I wanted this trip to be more fun, possibly check out a couple bars with good views. We will be flying into LGA around midnight. Is it safe to just grab a hotel right by there for the one night?

Where would you suggest staying the other nights? Any other suggestions are welcome!
After sitting in the high school parking lot when they let out, I decided nothing new for my daughter. I told her I would buy her something better when she graduates. They all drive terribly.

re: Living trusts

Many people in LA get talked into them for no reason. A good succession attorney should finish the succession in 30 days so if people are doing it strictly to avoid the succession, that’s normally not a good reason.

You have to be careful to not lose homestead exemption in LA if the house is in the trust. If you sell anything in the name of the trust, your check will be made payable to the trust so make sure you have a bank account. Banks will try to charge you for the account in the trust name.

More important than a trust would be to do a will, durable POA, and living will IMO. I would say most people do not have these.

I haven’t played in forever and have only been to trickshots once but it seemed much better than you’re giving it credit for.

Trickshots has a 9ft which is nice to be able to play one pocket. Bayou Billiards used to be my go to spot but you’re right about the carpet.
Some companies have insurance against this. I would be shocked if they recover this back.

Looks like this is a local title company in Baton Rouge. Anybody know which one?

quote:

According to the warrant, the title company got a legitimate email from a bank they have done plenty of past business with, requesting information about an upcoming commercial loan payoff. Six days later, the title company received another email, this time from a nearly identical email address, with only one letter changed. That second email asked the title company to change the payoff amount and to generate the payment. The title company then sent a wire transfer in the amount of 932,881.72 to the account number noted in the alleged fraudulent email.
Looking to take a 16 year old girl somewhere in BR that will acknowledge her birthday. Obviously, for teens, a place that has a good atmosphere is as important as food quality. TIA
