Who’s giving you the morning wood? Are you incarcerated?

Almost every night, sometime between 4-6AM. If it is after 6, I'm waking up soon anyways and start drinking coffee in bed rather than try to go back to sleep for 30-45 minutes.

Is this how you know you're officially "old"? Asking for a friend.

That’s one indication, but wait until you sit on one of your balls, that’s a real eye opener….

Same. It's amazing how consistent I am. I'm rarely more than 3 or 4 minutes away from 3am. I guess 5.5 hours is how long I can go without taking a leak

I drink 4 liters of water from 5AM to 5PM everyday. I get up once a night to pee. Cut the fluids off earlier.

Count me in the 3am club too. Every night. You could set your clock by it.

Fruit is also a sneaky diuretic.

It is not a matter of if you have to get up and pee but how many times

I get up most nights to pee. My dog sleeps on the floor in my bedroom and when I get up, he follows me to bathroom and sits in the door while I pee. When I'm finished he follows me back to the bedroom and when I get in bed, he lies back on the floor. It is a ritual almost every night.

BPH. Set up an appointment with urologist and get your prostate checked.

Try not to drink water or alcohol. Couple of hours before you go to bed. There are medication you can take at night that will calm it like Alfuzosin and Tadalafil.

A friend of mine told me that he doesn’t pee alot, he just pees often.

I’ve noticed that in the last few years I’ll think I’m finished but if I stand there a little longer I’ll start up again. It cuts down on the amount of times I had to get up. I guess I was just in a hurry to get back to bed….

Quit drinking water 2.5 hours before bed. Take as many leaks as you can during that time. Problem solved.
