The truck in the OP gotta be $65K+??
I still haven't looked at the price.

I'd like to keep my "wants" up for the time being without getting dejected at what the price tag is.

To add another strike against the Nissan, their interface is not user friendly at all. I drive rentals quite a bit for work, and I got an Armada a few months back. It took me and another co-worker (who also drives rentals all the time) over 30 minutes just to hook up the bluetooth. It's not intuitive at all.
I use Spotify and Pandora and both work fairly easy with my Tacoma. The biggest complaint on the Tacoma is that the head unit has known issues with "stopping" songs mid-way and it won't always display the name of the artist / song title. I've had my head unit updated, but it didn't solve the issue. The next step is to replace the head unit (under warranty).
And it seems like navigation is included on all the vehicles, especially if you want a rear / 360 camera. My Tacoma has navigation, but I have never used it. Waze on my phone does the job very well and it's real simple to get started.
But based upon what I have read, your assessment of the UI on the Titan is awful.

I'm not a fan of the looks of the new Titan.

The new Titan is hideous.
I bought a Tundra last year. It’s def not as high tech or smooth as the F150, but I like it nonetheless.
I test drove a XLT F150. I was leery of the ecoboost, probably shouldn’t have been, but I read so many horror stories online. The 5.0 is a smooth powerful engine though. The steering was impressive, it was roomy with many features.
The Silverado I test drove did not impress me. Felt like I was steering a boat and felt like I was sitting lower to the ground.
I’d feel comfortable buying any brand. Except Nissan, Bc

The Laramie Long Horn is about $48K. Dunno what the Limited would be but I think they are comparable

You can polish a turd, but it's still a piece of shite.

Not as bad as I thought it would be. And I am sure Dodge offers plenty of incentives and rebates.

Ram has the best engine. It is fantastic. I really enjoy driving on the weeks my rental is a Ram.

I saw a single cab Titan for the first time the other day. It looked like a wedge with a bed.

I still haven't looked at the price.
And you will get nothing less, besides the old reputation
I have owned all three brands, i have zero loyalty
I was an auditor for almost all the major dealerships in the south LA area, so I have seen detailed service reports on all the trucks, costs, etc etc you name it
I drive a Ram now. Take that how you will

Rams are damn good trucks as solid as nothing
The OT hates Dodge though

I owned one and it was fantastic. Only issue I really had was that the dashboard wasn’t properly supported, so it cracked in half on the passenger side when some chick threw her feet up on it. Oddly enough I’ve been in 4 other Rams between 1998 model and 2011 model and they all had the same crack

My last 2 trucks were F-150s. I bought a 13 Ram because it seemed as though they were solid. They won truck of the year and all that jazz. Here we are 5 years later 85k miles later and it's very "meh". I've got squeaks and rattles that werent there when I had 130k on a Ford. I've got bushings in the front end that need to be replaced and they want $1700 to replace them. The electronics are squirrely and sometimes act funky. Im not sure if some of the electronics are a product of Dodge or just the fact that all of these new trucks are basically computers now. My last Ford was an 07, so I never experienced it before.
I've essentially boiled it all down to this. My next truck will be a Ford. Hope that helps.

Fiat owns dodge/chrysler now.

My tundra just rolled over 100k and still runs and drives like new. No rattles or anything. Fuel mileage does suck, but the engine and tranny is bulletproof since it's been the same for so long. I'm considering buying a new truck, and I actually kind of like the new titans, especially the warranty

I bought a 2017 Ram 1500 Crewcab, 5.7 Hemi, 8 speed transmission, Big Horn edition with added leather for almost exactly 35,000 before my trade allowance. Moved into that truck from a Tacoma-had the same minor inconveniences you talk about and quite honestly, the newer engines and gearing (2016-) were pretty underwhelming.
My BIL has had his Ram for 5 years without a single issue.
I owned a 2004 F150 that the transmission was crapping out in at 90K miles. One of my best friends has owned 2 F150's since 2010, both with significant problems. I drove a loaded out GMC Sierra with 70K miles for a weekend a few months ago and was thoroughly disappointed at the interior quality and comfort. No real experience with the tundras. I am very, very happy and confident with this Ram right now. Very comfortable, and plenty of power to spare for my purposes.

Go with the Tundra. Will last for 100 years or 300,000+ miles, whichever comes first.

That's a tight-looking truck. RAM was always last on my list for looks, but this one is right in the mix. No clear fave among Ford, Chevy, Toyota, and RAM.
On a related topic, I have a major jones for a Charger. I drove a rental several years ago and really liked it. Now they look even better.
