Has Dodge improved the quality of vehicle they now put out?

I ask, because this RAM truck looks solid, even on the inside.

How does this vehicle stack up against the F150 or Silverado?

Excluding the Dodge product for now, is this order correct that most would agree with?

1. Ford F-150
2. Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra
3. Toyota Tundra
4. Nissan Titan

Also, I have not checked prices - just an ad that caught my eye and brought me to many more pictures.

You'll get a lot of replies in here saying they suck by people that have never owned one. I've owned 3 and they were all solid trucks.

I hope so because I like the look of the trucks and I want a Durango.

I owned a RAM. Put about 150,000 miles on it with no issues. Wish I wouldn't have gotten rid of it.

We have a number of rams in the fleet at work and they are pretty solid trucks. I can't speak to long term durability, but a couple of years in, they are at least as good as the other domestics. At about a $10K discount compared to the others, I'd have to strongly consider one when it is time to buy a personal truck.

A family member had a Durango at one point. But this was many, many years ago - as in the mid 90s. The vehicle lasted a long time, but I can remember it rattled a great deal and had some "maintenance" issues.

That's the only experience I have had with them and since its nearly 20 years ago, it's no longer relevant.

I rented a 2017 in Denver for a week a few months back and could never get used to the transmission dial. It is just not natural to spin knob to put it in gear.

Other than that it was great.

I have a '13 Ram 1500

130K miles, no issues at all but I do my own maintenance and can be meticulous.

It's been a great truck so far

Still hauls arse when I press the accelerator

I'd shy away from Chrysler sedans though

Why above a Sierra? I haven't bought a truck since 1999, but I still have my Sierra and with 250,000 it still runs great when I need it. Didn't Ford have a bad reputation? Has it gotten better? Has GMC hit the skids?

Interesting. Do you know what for?

I had an F-150. I regret selling it. I normally don't get attached to vehicles, but I actually miss that truck. The leg room in the back seat area is incredible. My kids really liked having that extra space.

I had a regular cab ram. Definitely will never ever buy another. Broke down all the damn time.

FWIW: I have also owned two Toyota products. an 07 Camry and an 04 Sequioia. Both were solid vehicles but after 100k I had to replace AC compressors, fuel pumps, and front wheel bearings

Wheel bearings should be replaced around the 100k mark but those two vehicles left me feeling pretty meh about Totota. especially since gas mileage on a yota truck is generally the worst of its class.

I'm not too familiar with the Tesla style (only see exterior pictures of that vehicle) - is this what Dodge is mimicking?
