Damn. Good for her. She wasn't having any of it and I don't blame her.
There are some reporters out there doing good work, like the one I mentioned earlier who confronted the city official on air about concerning conditions at the convention center shelter.
But unfortunately, they're overshadowed like the CNN lady who just wants to do shock journalism.

Everyone should have the right to not be interviewed.
Media folks can be the worst. That mother should be commended for speaking what many, but not all, victims feel.

Yeah Lake Charles area doesn't need anymore rain, but it looks like they'll get it.

Yeah, that's just hard to watch. These reporters are just doing what some network executive or producer tells them to, but damn, it's insensitive.

shock journalism also does a lot of good and we as consumers eat it up.

Geraldo was great on the seawall during Ike.
In addition to that wipeout, he gave us some of the last images of the Balinese Room and the old Murdoch's.

I'm surprised CNN lady didn't throw in something about Trump causing the flooding

Completely broke down in the back of the national guard truck last year. Tried to act brace for my children and completely broke. I couldn't imagine giving an interview after that.

Journalism as a profession no longer exist. I remember when you had real reporters that reported facts and then the National Enquirer "reporters" that wrote about anything to catch eyes. The former is now extinct.
