The Cajun navy is attempting to get to a woman in labor. I couldn't image being in that situation.

12z EURO on Wednesday at noon has winds at 15-20 mph at the surface, gusts up to 40. This is for Baton Rouge.

New Orleans could see 20-30 sustained, gusts up to 50 mph

Not really the same areas.

people in Lake Charles need to watch that cell south of them it is quite potent on the radar.

The Cajun Navy Dispatch channel is still claiming it was legitimate. The report came directly from boats on the water. No way to confirm at this point.
