Ok so Barker is not breached yet but the canals at Green Trails is completely full, which is used to drain the reservoir. The canals need to go down faster than the reservoir fills up. Otherwise, the east side of Katy (Cinco, Kelliwood, Green trails, etc) is in danger all the way to 99.
