How's the area of Houston Ave between 10 and washington?

Kind of a terrible spot sandwiched between white oak bayou and buffalo bayou, but a friend and coworker of mine is their in his house.

The rain bands continue to fill in before approaching Houston. Unfortunately the environment still appears ripe for heavy rains.

ABC 13 Producer lives off of Buffalo Bayou and water is in his home. That Bayou is ridiculously high.

It can become life threatening idiot. If you have water in your home and it's not life threatening just stay in your home until it becomes life threatening. Dude is acting like the water isn't going to rise anymore.
