I think at this point Louisiana needs to take it very seriously too because it's headed our way and if it kicks out into the gulf it could get really ugly. The only positive side is the models seem to push it up much faster once it hits Louisiana but that's not exactly positive when it has days to ravage the coast.

Does it appear to be not going in as far inland on the last run? If it doesn't go on land would that be worse for everyone considering that the real threat is usually rain?
