He's good but Collin Raye is just as good

Maybe vocally, but he can't touch Vince Gill on picking.

Incorrect.
Craig Fuller wrote it, and sang lead

Vince is awesome with the Eagles. Both times I've seen him with them he killed.

"Go Rest High..." is as good as it get.

Sidebar:
Deacon looks a bit lost; not sure what's up.

Craig Fuller wrote and sang Amy with Pure Praire League.

Saw them in Lafayette in 73 or 73.

What better tribute could you get from a friend?
That's Mark Knopfler playing the opening guitar.

The heart won’t lie with Reba is an absolutely beautiful song vocally

His cover of I Can’t Tell You Why is smooth

Remember too that he started in Rock N'Roll w/Pure Prairie League so it's almost as if he's come full-circle

Also sang back up vocals on Dire Straits On every Street Album. Mark Knopfler wanted him to join the group.

I love that song.

The original male part was supposed to be Kenny Rogers but him and Reba never meshed.

Thanks for posting this. My all time favorite song of the Eagles. Never heard it sung by Vince. Great cover. Never knew it existed.

Check out the Eagles’ Live from the Forum album which is from a few years ago. Features a lot more Gill

Just saw him, touring with the Eagles. He did a good job, along with Glenn Frey's son, Deacon. Great show.
I was there too, I didn’t see you.

OP: Chris Gaines is better than Vince Gill.

Mark my words, people in 100 years from now will be listening to Chris Gaines and not the Beatles or Vince Gill or Mozart’s shite.
