At least it wasn't a ford escort.... Back in the 90s around here, there was a guy who did something to his and that thing took many a manhood away.

Sounds like the dude who did this wrote your post... after banging her while you sat in the cuck chair. This was gross to read.

You must be 12. Calling a car "hot" back in those days was a term for a modded production car, almost like a sleeper except it might have the outward appearance of being modded. It's a pretty common term.

I always think it's funny when someone tries to talk shite on here and looks even dumber than their target in the process

Fortunately for you, it was only a trackhawk and not an Escalade V. Not only would you have lost your manhood, but your ol lady would definitely hop out.

First line in I was convinced this was gonna be a story of a dude getting the hyper shits on a valentines night date.

Was ready for an epic thread.

Instead it was stupid as hell.

I had a Dodge Dart with a 340 and 4 speed with 3.91's and it would run mid 12's with the tires available in the late 70's. With today's rubber it would probably run low 12's and maybe crack the 11's, but it ain't crap compared to what a man can buy off the showroom floor today. Even a Tesla could smoke that little Dart.

Its unbelievable. I have been driving a 3 cylinder Mitsubishi G5 (I think it is) for a little over 3 years because it gets 46 MPG and I bought it brand spanking new in 2022 for just a little over $10k out the door. Before I bought it I did a good bit of research and there were 2 things people bitched about....not having carpet covering the seat tracks in the floor and the acceleration. From a $10K car with a 78 HP engine. I drove the thing and it was FAR faster than most subcompacts in the 70s and 80s. Folks have no idea how superior cars are today than they were just 40 or so years ago. 4 cylinder full sized pickups that have towing and load capacity that are better than big block v8s in the 70s.

That said though that Dart of yours sounded better than a damned Tesla.....

Did you drive a Mustang 5.0 or a Chevy IROC?

I promise it was more fun, I've never seen a Tesla smoke the tires shifting to 3rd gear.

I have a GMC Sierra with the same engine. Why on earth would you try to pass anyone up in that?
