Thanks to the new Hemp law that just passed the task of separating hemp from marijuana has become nearly impossible for cops so Gwinnett County has thrown out thousands of marijuana related cases and for the time being will no longer arrest people for small amounts of weed.

This problem will probably also extend into other cities now that hemp is legal in Georgia

Maybe we will end this farce soon and decriminalize it nationally.

I was going to go visit my friend in Atlanta but now I'm worried all the marijuana criminal will spread. Just doesn't feel safe.

At one time in the 1980's, Gwinnett county was one of the best counties in the country.
Now it's getting overrun by undesirables and people are fleeing further north

I can promise you that even in the 80's when Gwinnett was supposedly so pristine, a lot of people there were smoking pot.

As long as they stay away from the southside that is cool with me.

We don't need your traffic on I-85 down here.

Pretty sure they're going to have to rename it to STONED Mountain. LOL!

That's going to take away about half the material Gwinnett provides to LivePD.

I believe this same situation is going on in Texas. City of Austin has already said they won’t do anything about small amounts

This is becoming the equivalent of having to pretend that men can be women and vice versa. I don't see why we're still playing this charade in 2019.
