Yup, I don't work with that many women but I'm never alone with them.

true, but the ones against herman cain were false, the ones against trump were false, the ones against moore are false.

so it's not as if all these accusations are always true either.

these threads really reveal a lot about where people are in life.

Correct answer -- basic worker - yes, you better NEVER be alone. Period.

Management or leadership --- yes, you better NEVER be alone. Period.

Funny you ask this. We are in the middle of a re-org/move and I'm being moved into an office with a solidarity female who I don't know. I asked my management to reconsider this arrangement but it fell on deaf ears. My solution may be to at least leave the door open at all times (sucks because my current office door stays shut and it's better for productivity), leaving when she's present (she's not always in there so it's an option), or using my voice recorder at all times to keep a log of all conversations. I truly believe where I work it's allegations, termination, and then adjudication (if you're lucky). I figure it's best if I have the proof when it comes down to it.

I work in a hospital and 90% of my coworkers are female. I get sexually harassed often and I love it.

Medical tends to have a sense of humor. My Mom was an RN for years...and she told all kinds of raunchy jokes that she and the Drs shared. No sexual harassment charges ever. But everyone knew where the line was (at touching)....today the world is too thin skinned.

All of these sexual harassment allegations have me thinking that you're putting yourself at risk, as a man, by just being alone with a female co-worker. Accusations are easy to make and difficult to disprove, especially in today's climate. Piss a female co-worker off, and next thing you know....

Lol

Why do people act like this is so complicated? Just don't be a fricking creep. It's always worked for me. If you find it hard, maybe you're a fricking creep.

No

But I have cameras in every room, hallway and public space except the restrooms. No audio, but with the video I can prove I didnt attack anyone.

Re: the idea that this is a gender restricted problem of men in positions of power?

Was there a secret meeting where teachers were all defined as men? Because you can't throw an eraser in high school without hitting what sure look like female teachers sleeping with boys.

Ever notice how the opposite of this is almost never true?

It's automatically assumed that a male doctor cannot be trusted to be alone with a female patient, like he's going to attack her or he'll be accused of something he didn't do. So he has a female in the room with him.

You almost never hear of a female doctor having someone (either male or female) with them when examining a patient.
