You know... I used to drink and drive without even thinking about it, alot of ppl in this thread have as well.... I have been pulled over twice in maybe hundreds of instances... never got convicted.... I haven't drank and drive in 5 years and never will again. It used to be hard to get cabs etc in certain areas but now I will only live within walking distance of places I can have a drink and uber makes it easier to get transportation if needed.

I would bet most of the ot has driven over the legal limit many more times than 28 in their lives

i knew a shithead who had close to 30 of them, before they started going to state offices. He would of had a lot more, but they took it out of local courts and defense judges hands, and all dwi paperwork goes directly to state.

this dude would get dwi, have lawyer take care of it, would be pleaded down to a non moving violation. Now state gets involved and no more multiple dwi's, you will do jailtime.
