Well you are claiming he was driving down a barricaded street but the articles say he hit a barricade which is clearly at the end of the video when he got out of the car so you appear to not have common sense either.

the articles have been unclear about whether or not the street he was on was closed
either way, the likelihood that this guy was just trying to get to work is very slim and everyone in this thread knows it

I will donate to his legal defense fund if those idiots have the gall to have him arrested. He was being carjacked, pure and simple- and if not for the gun would now likely be dead or have permanent brain damage.

Another thing to notice is the video, is after he emerges from the car, he keeps the firearm at the low ready the entire time. Not once does he point it at anyone else.
That's important because if he had, he could be charged with brandishing or aggravated assault. These are good clues that the guy knows the law in relation to firearms.
