Once again looks like idiots on both sides. Off setting penalties. The play stands.

How many concealed carry/everyday carry weapons have you seen with an extended mag and the standard mag taped jungle style to the bottom? Just so happens to have that when driving into a crowd he knew would be there? C'mon man
Yeah I think he knew what he was doing by driving down there and was looking for a reason to “defend“ himself. Doesn’t mean the protesters aren’t in the wrong also by giving him one.

I didn't notice that the first time but it looks as if you're correct.
Washington State has a stand your ground law/

Since Washington courts have consistently held that you are under “no duty to retreat” when in a lawful location the same would apply when you are in your home, car, office, or any other location where you can lawfully remain. The most common area we see the Castle Doctrine applied is home invasions.
The matter will hinge upon who is the "first aggressor" as the stand your ground law states the first aggressor cannot claim self defense. Does the shooter/driver comit the the first aggressive act by turning on a barricaded street or is he "retreating" from the fight by driving away from the guy who was chasing him and got got shot?
In my eyes a good defense attorney will get him off of any serious charges.

I don't think that necessarily shows some sort of nefarious intent. If you live in a city that's bubbling over with violent antifa people who attack anyone and everyone, I can see why someone might do that.

Are u blind or stupid? Look at the video again.
He is driving down the street and a guy reaches in through his window. That is when he speeds up, likely to get away from that guy. Then he slows down to avoid hitting people and also swerved to miss them. Then the guy who was reaching through his window catches up and tries to pull him out. That is when he gets shot.
He was wanting to intentionally run people over, then why did he slow down and swerve to miss people?

So the thugs blocking the roads aren’t the problem, it’s the person trying to use them for their intended purpose.
Makes perfect sense.

He was at a dead fricking stop when he was attacked. Cot damn you people.
Watching the video the first time. I definitely thought he was about the drive through that crowd. He slammed on his brakes last minute. Can't really blame the guy for beating his arse. All it would've taken was one push on his foot to kill a lot of people. I don't know what was going on in the driver's head, but it didn't look good to me.

That could have been his vehicle weapon. I keep one in my vehicle and have a separate CC weapon. People are allowed to own more than one.

It's amazing how many people predicted this, and yet how many people are/will be surprised it happened.

turning on a barricaded street
That doesn’t mean he didn’t know what he was doing or wasn’t looking for what he ended up getting.
