Helps when you're older, admittedly. Plus your buddies appreciate gestures more and trinkets less.

I have received flasks for two different weddings. Both sit in a box of random shite I don't use.

Best by far: Cufflinks with my initials engraved. I wear them often when I have a shirt that requires cufflinks.

I picked out specific pairs of sneakers for each of my groomsmen based on their interests and what I thought they'd like.

My buddy got us these awesome mugs that have all of us cartoonized in our wedding attire. They used real photos, so they look great. LINK

Examples from their website:

Of all the groomsman gifts I've gotten, I still have and use a Filson Weekender duffle bag and a Hamilton watch.

How many engraved flasks and pocket knives do you really need?

I'm getting married soon and need to grab my groomsmen some gifts. Would prefer to be something they'll actually enjoy and not cheesy.

Ideas:
Scotch glasses with their last name engraved
Dopp kits w/ initials
Access to drunk bridesmaids
Pics of wife

Got any better ideas? What would you like to receive as a groomsman?

Don't know if it's been suggested, but I got a waxed canvas soft-pack ice chest way before the Yeti's of the world came along. It was made by Cabelas, and the groom got our names embroidered on the front.

I still use it to this day and that wedding was close to a decade ago.

You can find some simple yet well-made soft side's and engrave their names and it would be nice.

I'd also look into dropping some coin for a nice Saddleback Leather Wallet and then inquiring about getting their initials engraved or burned into them.

replica of Tiger Stadium. Not this one but close and the base is way nicer. It`s like smooth mahogany color base. The size is something like 1ft long and 8inches wide including the base.

it isn't like i would ever say no to someone, but really its not a big deal, but being in a wedding is a time and money sink. I just want to show up dance and drink free booze

A soft sided cooler or a nice pocket knife.

One of my buddies got married while in grad school and didn’t have a lot of cash. He gave us utili keys, one of the most useful things I ever received.

Tools are always useful, but something I never by for myself. Maybe their is something groomsman specific out there.

The man crates are cool. Never gotten one, but looked at them for my wedding. Kind of expensive.

My buddy got married this summer and got us all custom bottle openers with our college team etched into the wood. That was pretty cool.

The groomsmen won't care. It's all about the experience of being there. 1/5 of whiskey should do just fine.

OGIO golf soft cooler. Use all the time.

Small weekend/gym bag with initials. Also useful.
