What surprised, and annoyed me, is they were out of all Coke products other than 2 lonely 12 packs. Haven't heard of any Coke shortages...

Coca-Cola could see "tighter supplies" of its artificial sweeteners in the long term due to production in China.

Tuesday at Sam’s club DS steaks were thin only sirloins. Plenty of ground beef, pork, chicken and fish. Overall there was about a third less volume not counting steaks.
I enquired from a sales associate that I know, when the Lysol and other disinfectants would be stocked again. They said that they stock them now you just have to work there to get them.

I went to Target in Lafayette today. Huge beef shortage. Empty. They were trying to peddle ground turkey/fake meat instead.

In Utah stores are now limiting purchases to 2 packages - about 5 pounds. Meat sections aren't empty, but the quantity and selection is definitely down. And prices are up a dollar or 2 per pound, depending on the cut.

Haven’t seen any meat shortages, but I did see a big arse woman with a little service donkey at Walmart a couple days ago.

They also didn’t have hormel chili with no beans which pissed me off

That's the foundation for a 20 page thread on AR15.com - does chili have beans?

So far, Rouses in Lafayette has been slim on some items in the meat department, but local butchers - which I prefer - seem to have no problems.

I'm just ready for this shite to be over. My morning grocery runs are no longer quick and quiet. Too many frickers that aren't usually up that early are up now to beat the crowds.

And frick these places that have only 3 fricking registers operating.

Wal Mart here is pretty thin on meat especially beef.

However 2 local grocery stores are full of meat. But they have butchers in the back and are buying whole cows and chickens and hogs that have been gutted and skinned and then cutting and packaging it themselves. None of the meat has a corporate logo on the package, it’s all being done in house. I kind of like it TBH. Old School way of doing it

The stores I went into to shop still have pork and beef products. It just may not be the cut you want or their is less selection.

That could be from people buying it up.

I don't buy meat at Wally but the chicken cooler being completely empty was obvious.

I refuse to buy beef from Walmart. Found too much bone in the ground beef in the past.
