In theory more people moving to jobs that require less physical labor usually results in reduced birth rates. Couple that with high density living, and people naturally tend to procreate less.

That is why Covid was developed, weaponized, and released in Wuhan. Did anybody notice that precious little was reported on African Covid/death rates? Also, for China, we originally heard they were dying by the thousands and being buried in pits. Then silence.
