You got that part right.

See how this ages in a few weeks. This shite will blow over and everyone will will go back to their lives and all of the powers that be can pat themselves on the back and say how they saved the world one restaurant at a time.

Let’s say this happens. The curve flattens, hospitals don’t get overwhelmed, and no one dies due to lack of capacity. Wouldn’t you say that it worked?

So I hope you’re right

I just made reservations for me and my grandma at Mike Anderson’s tonight before it’s too late.

'Can you nasty LA folks maybe stop being a petri dish of disgusting and keep your viruses contained to your own state?'

Well i'm pretty sure NOBODY goes to Wisconsin in January and February. Over a MILLION people were on the streets of New Orleans in one day during Mardi Gras and that's no doubt the reason for the spread.

This is going to have a massive economic ripple effect, particularly for small businesses. The government response to all of this will be interesting to say the least.

They'll give us the "just think how bad it would've been if we didn't cripple the economy"

Just went to bank to make a deposit and make sure we had enough credit to get a large piece of equipment for my small business. It was a ghost town. Usually a very busy place, not today.

Yea and to do otherwise requires an answer to "well how many lives is the economy worth to you" which is an impossible situation.

We've set a very dangerous precedent regardless.

I live near Los Angeles. Would you like to compare the per capita rate of either two locations?

Yep. Here, we'll give you a government loan that you didn't want or can't afford to keep your business afloat because we made you close it.

Well, 136 cases here in Louisiana and had tested 200 more today is not all that good.
