Quick google search says Russ Herman but looks like he's retired.

Louisiana is a shithole for a reason. Exhibit A.

Why is this news? Is it a paid advertisement?

Not necessarily. You generally want only 2-3 colors for advertising (not including neutral colors). Primary colors (red, yellow and blue, whether just two or all three) combined with the two neutral colors (black and white) are more eye-catching than hues (green, orange, etc).

Red, yellow, black and white are pretty common combinations for injury lawyers.

Cant believe that? How about this: Gordon’s office took a PPP loan during COVID to pay his staff. As if he really needed free taxpayer money with those deep pockets of his.

Seriously?

That report needs to be a front page article in every published paper and on every news site in Louisiana, re-published every other week.

I would also personally donate money to an industry group or PAC willing to put that up on billboards along I-10.

Settlements from insurance companies. Louisiana and its corrupt politicians are why we're at the bottom for allowing it to happen.

I can't believe Alexander Shunnarah hasn't entered the fray.

How many chuckles erupt in the the courtroom when counsel for plaintiff is announced as Shunnarah, the Alabama Hammer, etc.? It's got to he lawyer version of buying a Fiat.

How can we throw both Bart and Mckernan in jail? I despise both of them.

frick both of these guys and all PI lawyers. This is why this state sucks. We have so many dregs that want their payday, and will sue for a tap on the bumper. If Jeff Landry had balls, he would attempt to pass tort reform. But he doesn’t because he is a cuck, like all other politicians in LA.

I'm surprised that In a Jam, Call Sam hasn't entered the conversation. He doesn't just practice law, but beats the shite out of women and children.

Morris Bart has a billboard on I565 just outside of Huntsville, AL. Gordon has none in the area.
