Since I got tired of being a lard arse who was pre diabetic, I have really gotten into making my own hummus. So right now I'm snacking on roasted garlic hummus and celery sticks. I have some Ranier cherries and mandarins if I want something sweet....

My last 2 jobs it was the travelling that was a great perk along with a nice per diem. Traded all of that 2 months ago for a M-F gig. For a chef that is a dream.
