Has this been done yet, giving us a player's POV during a game?

they have clips on youtube from like practice and stuff but I've never seen anything from a game

They do VR headsets using footage from mounted cameras for QBs using practices.
But not yet for live games which would be awesome.

They need to make the cameras way smaller. Way smaller.

It actually makes sense to have these since most NFL players are black.

For most fans it would be absolutely confusing as hell without having full view of the field. You'd have no idea whether there was space behind that hulking monster in front of you unless you knew where the cues were in other areas.

Cop joke?

Doubt it. NFL license bs prob wouldn't allow it during a live game.

Because otherwise they'd film it vertically?

Carson Palmer uses them for practice. They showed a clip of it during the Saints game yesterday.

I'd love to watch Luke Kuechly or Donte Hightower's camera.

Didn't the XFL do this?
Posted on 9/14/15 at 6:08 pm to Lsuhoohoo
Yeah, no thanks.
I'd rather watch normally.

I believe so. They had a pin like camera that was on the side of their temole and inside the helmet. I don't they hide live footage though.
