Heard the media isnt telling the whole story. The house they were at was the Ex-boyfriend and daughter's place. How does the law hold up for that? Trying to break into your own home and get shot and killed. From the video you cant tell what happened before so it's only their word from the video?
fake news. the shooter was the homeowner you can find this easily.

So you think this guy may have owned the house he was breaking into, but the prosecutors either didn't bother to look up who owned the house or just forgot to tell the grand jury that he owned the house? That's a take I guess

Only drawback is the last shot was taken as the intruder was running away. That will be brought up.

Once he started putting his shoulder into the door trying to open a locked door, he lost any rights he might have had. The guy who shot him had no idea if he had a weapon and had a right to defend his home.

I'm pretty sure if someone broke into my house, and then I got home and realized it and busted through the chain lock, they would NOT have the right to shoot me.
Would be an interesting squatter's rights (

How the F they think he would be indicted with a guy beating and breaking into his home, is beyond me

Never underestimate just how huge of a vagina a lot of people are in this country. They're the type that would take a beating and apologize for hurting the attacker's hands with their face.

From a Fox News affiliate:
“A grand jury declined to indict homeowner Mitchell Duckro for the July 31 deadly shooting that killed 22-year-old James Rayl outside of Duckro’s house in Sidney, Ohio. Duckro’s daughter, Allyson Duckro, previously dated Rayl, but they had ended their relationship more than 18 months prior.”
"He’s done drugs," Allyson Duckro said. "He liked to do acid a lot — back then. I don’t know about recent because he moved out to California not too long ago and then came back, so I don’t know if he like started something while he was out there."
Honest question, is this just message board chatter or do you have a link verifying otherwise?
Additionally, what is the likelihood a drug addicted 22 year living in California owns a house in Ohio?

Why do you assume the dad would win the fight?
Just shoot him. It's justified.

It never ceases to amaze me at how many people have no clue of the actual law. Why don’t they just read the law and speak with actual facts.
