Buy 37.5 lbs. of gold, or 600 Krugerrands. Dollars in suitcases will depreciate to nothing. Gold will be worth substantially more, yearly.
Gold going up in value remains untaxed.

Courts and creditors. If courts or creditors can find you, assume anyone else who might want to find you can too.

You need a person you absolutely trust.
Give them all the money and have them buy a small house in the middle of no where in a foreign country, maybe a small town in Sicily. Put some cash away for incidentals he has to pay for you. The rest you get in gold. You live in that house and you eat the fruit trees and veggie trees on the property. you trade the gold to pawn shops or shady street merchants under the table for cash as needed. You never ever travel again. You live in that small town making only small cash transactions forever.

Realistically you could do it over a long period of time in smallish withdrawals.
Break up the $2M into multiple banks for “FDIC protection”
Withdraw a small amount from each over time so you don’t look suspicious
Find a local bullion dealer and move some if it into Eagles with cash purchases
Purchase crypto with some
Buy a bunch of Rolex’s and other marketable watches
Buy a couple of collectible cars and keep them safely stored
Store the rest in cash in multiple safe deposit boxes - keep your working money in a home safe.
When you need more cash sell your stuff for cash.
ETA: prepaid CCs are a good idea too.

Sucks you can’t buy bearer bonds anymore

Is the only option crypto?
That is way worse than cash, because you cant really buy anything at any place without going through a bunch of hoops. Generally third party converters to begin with.
Plus any US based crypto exchanges requires KYC (Know your Customer).
If you trust your money with Chinese exchanges.. you can stay anonymous, but good luck ever getting USD out.
Otherwise as another poster stated a friend you trust is the only sure fire way and hold cash.

Withdrawal your cash over 4 months, go to vegas over 4 months and convert your cash to chips. Tell the irs you gambled and lost and slowly convert your chips back to cash

It could happen. Liquidate all of your assets to cash over time. Get a fake Id, pay cash for everything. I’m living this life right now, syd pays for wifi in cash.

This is extemporaneous bullshite. It's completely superfluous.

You can’t just transfer your funds to a bank, walk in, withdraw $2,000,000 in cash, and leave with a suitcase full of money.
Why the frick not? It’s your money.
