just don't skimp on the icing. That will be the best thing you can do. Less ice you use, longer the recovery takes.

I was fine with my procedure after about 12 hrs. I milked it for 2 days with the wife though.

I think outcome is highly dependent on the skill of the doc doing it, some are sloppy/ lazy and make incisions far larger than necessary. I had no swelling, or pain, didn’t even use ice pack. A number of other guys I worked with used the same doc, and had similar results.

Wait for the clear sample! I know a few guys who still had a few in the chamber and had a post-vasectomy kid.
