Imagine the smell when they open the capsule

Won’t be able to tell if that fish smell is from the ocean or the woman

From start to finish, this was a great thing to witness in real-time.
Can you imagine if they are able to live stream the entire time they're on the moon???

Tell me about it. My tracker was very detailed but it seems they weren’t clear on timezones.

Bruh, why did you think that? You’ve been geeking out over this thing for a week. That sucks.

One of their tests was a new tech that was used for most of the video: using a laser uplink rather than radio for improved bandwidth

Yeah... this can't feel great. And now the sat phone isn't working?

Again I think we're just fine if the worst things about the mission were a toilet and a sat phone.

I guess these Astronauts have gone through much worse. But I'm sitting here thinking about how sick I'd get bobbing around out there for a half hour.

I find it interesting we abandoned the space shuttle and went back to 50s capsule tech for reentry.

The specs on it rival broadband on earth. I think they're in good shape.

It’s being a little undercut at the moment because they can’t get in touch with the recovery team and NASA flat out asked if they pressed the push to talk button on the radio.

Imagine how advanced we’d be if they never abandoned deep space exploration for the low-earth barely in orbit obsession.

SpaceX is doing the same with Dragon that ferries astronauts to the space station and back. A capsule with a splashdown or a landing in Russia is the keep it simple option.
