I had a 2025 Denali Ultimate that I got rid of before it hit 10K miles. I hated that POS.

those dudes in the board room should realize many people have already abandoned the brand completely due to horrible engines and transmissions.
I was a diehard GM customer until my last GM vehicle. Never again.
It would not hurt my feelings one bit to see GM fold completely. Despite all their quality issues, they continue to offer more and more shite that will only break and cause expensive reliability issues- like replacing the oil dipstick with a sensor. Or gadget features like dual screens in the dashboard. frick GM.

Yes for fuel efficiency. Just hauling 10k pounds is a struggle especially in the mountains

Well the 8.1L was a solid offering and Ford's 7.3L gasser is proving that big CID gas engines can be workhorses and often more economical than diesels now.

Is there anything more ridiculous than passenger screens? More things to break that are there only to pump up the cost of the vehicle.

Nope, I suspect the conversation will go as follows: well, GMC is getting 52K for their work truck, we can sell ours for 48.5K and it will be less than that, we'll jist cut out some of the features that GMC has. What can we cut out of thos truck to make production costs that much less?

It will have the new gen6 engine. But buyer beware as they are promoting "proven advanced efficiency technologies". The same proven technologies that were grenading the previous gen engines.

That's been the case since the beginning of time. They now put a $200 infotainment screen in them and charge you $5000 for it, but people seem to be handing over the money, so they will keep doing it that way till it stops.

I'm in the Market, how you like that Tacoma. I test drove one yesterday and found it to be a much rougher ride than my 2020 Sierra. But at the least the Tacoma had a good trasmission.

Thank God. I don't know how I've been able to get along all these years without the life changing technology of a motorized center and passenger screen but somehow I will try to make the best of it.
