how long have you been dating? need more context.
usually I will get her a nice, but inexpensive piece of jewelry. by now you should have an idea of what she likes, or if you dont pay attention to what she wears next time you see her. Checking her pinterest is another great way to shop for ideas.
Aside from that, just pay attention, she's dropping hints you just dont know it.

Price range? Length of relationship?
Jewelry is always good. Can't really go wrong with some brands. Check Pinterest.
Low-Mid price range: Kendra Scott, Kate Spade, Tory Burch
High End: David Yurman.
Spa day can be nice, or even just a mani/pedi.
